What was the highlight of The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa
Pleasant
The breakfast was nice, good choice of food. It was good to have a separate shower and bath, this was a pleasant surprise. The products were great.
MASSIVE SAFETY ISSUE: The pool is at the bottom of some concrete stairs, they were sodden from wet feet from the pool. I was following the spa manager and slipped and fell at the top of the stairs, fortunately I managed to stop myself on the first step but I hurt my wrist in the process and was very shaken up. We completed an incident form as requested by the spa manager and spent 2 hours waiting for and speaking to the general manager - Muhammad Ibrahim. We were asked by Mr Ibrahim to send the full details to him (despite us telling him and showing him footage of the wet floor). We did this and have called 4 times to speak to him but have heard nothing back. Mr Ibrahim was meant to be speaking to security and viewing their CCTV but nothing has happened. I couldn't be more disappointed. On top of this, they were under staffed. We asked 3 times for tea and coffee and it ended up being not what we had ordered and coming at the end of our meal.

Room had pungent smell (cigars) which was fumigated for 1hr (where I had to leave the room...) - did not receive any compensation. Room was cleaned to good standard
